Nexxtep now offers extremely flexible technology plans that can be tailored to fit any budget.   From now on, you’ll be able to build a plan based on your budget and IT needs.

How It Works

With N-Care Flex, you’ll pay a flat monthly fee for each device that you want us to support.  These devices can include, but aren’t limited to, laptops, desktops,  software applications, servers, firewalls, and mobile devices . We’ll give you recommendations for core equipment, and you can add other devices as needed.  You can also add devices from month to month.

 How You’ll Benefit

You’ll receive unlimited support for each device that’s covered.  You’ll also get proactive monitoring and reporting, and the peace of mind of knowing that your network is protected and you won’t suffer from costly downtime.   Not only that, each quarter, a senior manager will meet with you in a Virtual CIO session to get feedback and provide recommendations to help your business become more efficient and more profitable.
