Duties
-Assist in the development of dynamic web and mobile applications for clients
-Assist other software engineers with modifications to applications
-Assist help desk and engineering with web app support when needed
-Help with design and documentation of web sites as well as line of business applications
-Make modification to web graphics and produce content for websites and social media
Education & Experience
Any of the following experience: HTML, Javascript, strong CSS skills, Photoshop (or any image manipulation product), AJAX frameworks, WordPress, Drupal etc.
College/Technical degree a plus, but not required
Must be a highly motivated, confident self-starter with excellent relationship, time management and organizational skills and the ability to consistently work independently.
Duties
-Desktop and mobile troubleshooting and repair (All versions of Windows, Mac OS, iOS)
-Provide on-call technical support
-Install and configure specialized line of business applications, as well as troubleshoot
-Deploy, troubleshoot, and provide training for mobile devices (phones and tablets)
-Install, configure, and troubleshoot Office 2003, 2007, and 2010 applications
-User adds, moves, and changes
-Data and workstation security maintenance
Education & Experience
Certifications (MCP, CompTIA, A+ or similar) a plus, but not required.
College/Technical degree a plus, but not required
