Web Conferencing Tools
If you travel for meetings often, you might want to consider investing in web conferencing software. It’s surprisingly easy to use, and you can save a great deal of money on travel expenses.
Last week, a Nexxtep client asked us what we recommended for web conferencing software. Although I do not have personal experience using competing products, I highly recommend Acrobat Connect or Connect Pro. Acrobat Connect is great for businesses who want to setup small meetings (15 people or less). Connect Pro is better for businesses who plan to use the software for web conferences and webcasts with more than 15 attendees. Both include easy-to-use screen sharing, whiteboard, chat, video and audio conferencing tools and include personalized, easy-to-remember URLs for instant meeting access.
You don’t have to be a computer whiz to host your own web meeting. I encourage you to start a free trial of Acrobat Connect or any other web conferencing tool so that you can get a feel for just how easy, and beneficial, web conferencing can be.
